Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should be aware that because of the personal nature of these products, we do not accept returns on opened items. Make sure that you're sure of the size of what you're purchasing, the product descriptions are as detailed as possible with sizes and material.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If your toy stops working for any reason, you will have to pay the return shipping cost if it's within 3 months of the purchase date. After 3 months, we're unable to process a defective replacement. You will have to contact the manufacturer to verify their warranty and they will process a replacement based on their return, defective or warranty status.

Please note that some manufactures manage defective product replacement on their own, if you have a defective toy please contact us, if we're able to send out a replacement we'd be more than happy to do that, however, if the product is from one of the companies that manage defective product replacement, we will give you their contact details.

After an order is placed it cannot be cancelled, this is because orders are processed by the shipping department as soon as possible to ensure you receive it quickly. Our shipping department works overnight and on weekends when our customer service department doesn't.

Shipping

All orders are shipped in a plain brown box with no indication of what's inside the box on the outside of the package. This is to maintain absolute discretion, so you can shop with confidence that no one will know what you've ordered.

We ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, we cannot take responsibility if your country's customs doesn't allow Adult Products into the country. If your order isn't allowed into our country, we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund, so it's best to find out about any restrictions your country may have before placing an order. We strongly suggest you select Expedited or Xpresspost shipping because they both have a tracking number, this way you'll be able to track your order during the shipping process. Small Package Air and Surface DO NOT have a tracking number.

We ship to every location in Canada and the United States.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. All products are shipped with Canada Post, when your package arrives in the United States it can be tracked at the USPS website using the provided tracking number.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Canada Post will leave 2 notices for your package to be picked up from your local Canada Post office, after the second notice, they will keep the package for an additional 10 days, after which the package will be returned to us. If you require the package to be shipped back to you, you will have to pay for the shipping costs, if you require a refund for the order, the refund will be minus the return shipping costs.

Items sent with the Free Shipping Promotion/Option will be sent regular mail. If you require your purchases faster, it's suggested it you choose Expedited, Xpresspost or Priority shipping. Orders sent to the United States with Free Shipping are shipped via Small Package Air USA and DO NOT have a tracking number and takes approximately 4-12 business days to arrive. We strongly suggest you select Expedited or Xpresspost shipping because they both have a tracking number, this way you'll be able to track your order during the shipping process.

The Free Shipping promotion is on all orders where the subtotal of the order is over $49 on orders shipped to Canada and United States. Orders shipped to addresses outside of Canada and United States are not included in the Free Shipping Promotion.

Free Shipping is applicable on the order's subtotal that are over $49 after a coupon code is inputted.

To get accurate delivery standards use the Canada Post website where you're able to input our postal code (L9V 1P5) and your postal code to see Canada Post's Shipping Delivery Standards to your location based on the different shipping methods.
