We know that the coronavirus (COVID-19) is on your mind, just as it is for all of us here at Bed Time Toys. As the global concern grows, we are doing our best to keep everyone healthy and safe, while also minimizing the disruptions to our day-to-day operations to ensure that your orders are shipped out daily.

What we’re doing:

• While the products you receive from us do not pose any health risk, we are taking the extra precaution of wiping down all products with alcohol wipes before they're shipped out to you. 
• We continue to maintain the highest standards for the quality and cleanliness in our warehouse, with deep cleaning and sanitizing.
• We continue to remind our employees to take the appropriate preventive hygiene methods to minimize the potential risk of infection and to maintain the appropriate social distancing.
• We also encourage employees to work from home where possible.

Since this is an evolving situation, we will continue to monitor the situation closely and take the appropriate steps recommended by the Public Health Agency of Canada and the World Health Organization. 

Please be aware that because most of the manufacturers are based in California where there's a lockdown, we may encounter some inventory issues. We strive to keep stock levels up from other manufacturers and distributors.

Canada Post has been designated at an essential service, so your orders will continue to be shipped out and received. Canada Post has suspended their expected delivery times because they are taking precautions to protect the mail handlers. 

While we ship orders out within 24 hours, there may be a delay in the time it takes for you to receive your order.

We will do our best to answer any questions you have in a timely manner.
